Booking, Prices, Payments & Refunds

• All Pet Portrait transactions are handled safely and conveniently through PayPal on this website. 
• Shipping & packaging costs are $25 for both portrait sizes and are included in the PayPal buttons as well as Wisconsin state sales tax.
• Portraits are offered in sizes of 9×12 for $155 & 11×14 for $185. 
• 50% down is required at the time of purchase as reflected in the initial payment, and the remainder is to be paid in full once the portrait is completed and before it is shipped.  
• Clients are contacted to verify the progress of the portrait at the midway point of completion.  If satisfied, the portrait will be finished.
• If you are not fully satisfied with the work completed up to this point, the down payment will be fully refunded through Pay Pal.  
• All commission requests must be mutually agreed upon before a payment is made.
